As a leading global provider of IP-based networking products and solutions carrying its own brand, PLANET provides total solutions to various network infrastructures where IoT (Internet of Things) and IIoT (Industrial IoT) are employed to meet whatever applications the industries, enterprises and residences may prefer. To help alleviate the impact of climate change on the environment, PLANET has developed innovative and energy-saving networking and communications products. Partnering with suppliers with the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), PLANET is able to effectively carry out Green Supply Chain Management by making sure all the supplied materials are compliant with international environmental standards.

PLANET has been awarded as one of the Gender Mainstream Leading Companies by the Industrial Development Bureau, the Ministry of Economic Affairs in Taiwan. In terms of social participation, “PLANET Educational Charitable Trust” was founded in 2004 to assist in providing remedial instructions and psychological care for the disadvantaged children. During the past 12 years, PLANET has helped support the disadvantaged children who have learning difficulties to regain their motivation for learning and have the same educational opportunity like other ordinary children have.
With years of practicing the CSR, PLANET deeply recognizes that it greatly helps promote the effectiveness of CSR by integrating CSR into company culture and daily business operation. In 2015, the United Nations published SDGs (sustainable development goals, including economic growth, social development and environmental protection) striving to call for the international awareness of solutions to the global sustainable development. Inspired by the global goals and issues, PLANET will put CSR into practice with more effort by contributing its social experience to both society and work environment, hoping to enhance corporate value by embracing the vision of sustainable development.
